About the role#
We are looking for a full time Liquor Clerk to join our team in Melfort. This role focuses on daily store operations, customer service, and inventory management. You will work on-site and must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
What you'll do#
- Receive, examine, and warehouse liquor merchandise.
- Process customer purchases at the cash register, including pricing and coupons.
- Help plan and organize merchandise displays for regular stock and sales events.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment through general housekeeping, stocking, and facing products.
- Monitor the store to prevent unauthorized removal of merchandise.
- Maintain a professional approach regarding your attitude, dependability, and appearance.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 19 years of age.
- A valid driver license is required.
- You must be bondable.
- Ability to repetitively lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
- Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification or beverage alcohol product knowledge courses are considered assets.
- While not required, a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources is helpful.
