How to get in at SC&H
Applying early is a significant advantage at SC&H because recruiters review applications as they arrive. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, so you can submit your materials before the pile grows. This helps you avoid the frustration of being buried in a stack of hundreds of other resumes. You can reach out to recruiters directly to ask about the role or a referral, which often improves your response rate compared to a standard submission. Intern Insider surfaces the specific recruiters behind these roles, allowing you to bypass the general queue.
