About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on professional experience within our Technology Advisory team. You will work 30-32 hours per week from June to August. This role is based on-site at our offices, requiring you to be in the office 4 days a week.
What you'll do#
- Provide clients with IT managed services, including helpdesk support and daily IT maintenance.
- Manage cloud, security, and network performance tasks.
- Assist clients with employee onboarding processes.
- Create standard operating procedures and project documentation.
- Shadow team members on client sites to troubleshoot live technology issues.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and assist with the preparation and delivery of project action items.
- Perform research, analysis, and data migration tasks.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team brainstorming meetings.
- Present a client case study to the Technology Advisory team.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse projects and solve problems.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required for this role.
