About the role#
The Damages & Valuations team works at the intersection of finance, data, strategy, and the law. We assist clients with high-stakes questions regarding business value, financial losses, and evidence. You will collaborate with accountants, economists, and valuation experts to investigate issues and translate financial information into clear insights. This internship offers exposure to complex disputes, arbitration matters, and business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Dig into case documents, research materials, and discovery records to understand facts behind disputes.
- Analyze financial statements, business records, market data, and other evidence to quantify damages and support valuation work.
- Build models, organize data, and develop analyses to explain financial issues.
- Contribute to reports, presentations, and client-ready materials.
- Work closely with senior consultants and experts in litigation support, valuation, and economic consulting.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or another analytically rigorous discipline.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new concepts.
- Interest or experience in economic consulting, litigation support, valuation, or research-intensive work.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools such as Stata, R, Python, or SQL.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments, communicate proactively, and stay focused under pressure.
- Clear verbal, written, and presentation skills with English fluency.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
