About the role#
This position supports the Sales and Operations teams by coordinating customer proposals, managing order execution, and ensuring the delivery of chemical solutions. You will work in an office setting in Calgary, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain operational standards.
What you'll do#
- Work with the sales team to interpret wellbore information and design chemical systems.
- Enter data to create customer proposals.
- Track and document jobs as they are programmed and delivered.
- Coordinate logistics and interface with end users.
- Manage timing and logistics with hauling companies for deliveries.
- Create Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Execute orders and coordinate sales directly with customers.
- Liaise with the production facility to provide forecasting and updates.
- Perform general administrative duties and sales support tasks.
- Comply with all safety and environmental requirements.
- Remain available on-call for weekends and evenings to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a post-secondary program with a plan to return to studies after the work term.
- A Technical or Business diploma or degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence collaborating across multiple teams and with external partners.
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach.
- A positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-minded with TDG, WHMIS 2015, and First Aid certifications considered an asset.
