About the role#
The Management and Sales Summer Internship is a paid, 10-12-week program based in Omaha, Nebraska. This summer 2027 opportunity provides hands-on experience in retail store operations. You will gain insight into management, sales, and business-to-business environments while working alongside store leadership and sales representatives. Interns also complete a team-based project focused on addressing real business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers in-store and over the phone.
- Maintain product displays and recommend items to customers.
- Assist with point-of-sale transactions and product preparation or mixing.
- Restock shelves and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a team-based project to solve business challenges.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be enrolled in a college or university, specifically a rising or current Junior or Senior.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift up to 70 lbs.
- A valid, unrestricted Driver’s License is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
