About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. You will gain exposure to corporate accounting while working on projects that support the organization. This role requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Complete a challenging project that addresses a real business need related to your field of study.
- Present your project findings to your team and senior leadership at the end of the summer.
- Perform daily tasks to learn the fundamentals of accounting processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies.
- Support business objectives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree program in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- A willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions.
- Ability to work on your feet for multiple hours and lift at least 10 pounds.
