About the role#
We are looking for a Software Developer Co-op to join our Build and Tools team. You will work within the Foundational Systems and Experiences Engineering organization to support CI/CD infrastructure for PlayStation platforms, including console, web, mobile, and PC. This role focuses on improving developer productivity by building tools and processes that help our engineering teams work more efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain tools, libraries, and infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines.
- Write clear, functional code to support internal developer workflows.
- Use metrics to prioritize tasks and measure the effectiveness of your work.
- Enhance infrastructure reliability and overall engineering productivity.
- Construct tooling to monitor system health and resolve build issues.
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to balance project priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science or Computer Engineering program.
- A desire to identify manual processes and design automated solutions.
- Interest in experimenting with tools and frameworks to improve existing systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a team of engineers.

- Compensation: $27.50 to $47.10 CAD per hour.
