About the role#
Stoke Space is offering engineering internships for the Summer of 2027. You will work on open-ended problems that contribute to the development of our reusable launch vehicle. You will be paired with a mentor and work alongside our teams to apply your technical knowledge to high-impact projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform tasks related to design, analysis, testing, or integration.
- Collaborate with teams in mechanical, test, avionics, or manufacturing departments.
- Manage complex technical projects from start to finish.
- Stay focused and learn new processes quickly.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or computer engineering, or computer science.
- A strong command of engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience gained through previous internships, personal projects, or work.
- The ability to manage a technical project through execution.
- Availability to work full-time and on-site for 10 to 14 consecutive weeks.

- Compensation: Paid position with rates based on academic level ($28.00 to $40.00 per hour).
