About the role#
T&M Associates is accepting applications for Summer 2027 internships. These roles are open to undergraduate students from freshmen through juniors. You will work on-site at one of our office locations from late May through August. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
You will support our teams across a variety of departments. Engineering interns perform tasks in civil, environmental, water resources, transportation, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Other interns support projects in planning, IT, human resources, marketing, and office services.
What you'll need#
You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program. We require proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should have strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and attitude. If you are applying for an engineering role, you should be pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field. Previous internship experience is a plus, as is experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

These positions are located in Bethlehem, PA; Columbus, OH; Mount Laurel Township, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Bloomfield, NJ; King of Prussia, PA; Toms River, NJ; Middletown, NJ; and Indianapolis, IN. Please note that in-person attendance is required. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
