About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at commercial banking. You will work directly with Relationship Managers to support our business goals and assist in the management of client accounts. This is a 10-week, full-time program based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, designed to build your professional skills and provide exposure to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and assist Relationship Managers with daily administrative tasks.
- Help prepare loan closing packages and clear closing conditions.
- Support the team with reporting, including pipeline tracking and loan closing documentation.
- Identify complex problems and recommend new product or service solutions for clients.
- Participate in project work focused on the identification and management of accounts across specific customer segments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
