About the role#
The Global Transaction Banking Summer Analyst Program is a 16-week internship based in New York. This role provides broad exposure to how TD develops and manages solutions for corporate and institutional clients, including cash management, trade finance, and working capital. You will work across various teams such as sales, product, risk, and strategic execution. Successful interns may be considered for future full-time Analyst opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Prepare client-facing and internal presentation materials.
- Conduct research on companies, industries, markets, products, and competitors.
- Analyze client needs, transaction flows, product usage, and business opportunities.
- Assist with transaction documentation, credit requests, portfolio reviews, and risk reporting.
- Collaborate with partners across Global Transaction Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and other internal areas.
- Participate in a group project culminating in a presentation to senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate student status with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Accounting.
