About the role#
As a Real Estate Analyst Intern, you will support the investment process by providing research, financial analysis, and technical support. You will work on projects across our Land, Asset Management, Transactions, and Development teams. This role provides exposure to institutional strategy and investment practices while interacting with professionals across multiple functions.
What you'll do#
- Analyze investment opportunities using market research, financial analysis, and complex modeling.
- Support transactions by assisting with investment underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and closing.
- Conduct macro and micro research for corporate strategy and specific investment opportunities.
- Coordinate, compile, and summarize property-related due diligence materials.
- Prepare executive summaries, investment briefs, and memos for potential investments.
What you'll need#
- You must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
- You are pursuing or nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a relevant field.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial, economic, or market data are required.
- You should have a solid understanding of financial concepts, specifically the time value of money.
- Experience with Argus is preferred.

- This position is based on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- The internship is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term.
