About the role#
The Mosaic Mining the Future program offers students an opportunity to gain experience in the mining industry. This is a paid, full-time position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site at our Saskatchewan locations.
What you'll do#
- Work on site operations as a student engineer or geologist.
- Assist with compliance and field data collection as an Environmental or Lab Technician.
- Help with recruitment and employee engagement as HR or Talent Support.
- Support office operations as an Administrative Assistant.
- Manage timelines and resources as a Project Coordinator.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ancestry of Métis, First Nation, or Inuit is required.
- You must be a full-time post-secondary student in the semester prior to the work term.
- You need reliable transportation to travel to and from work.
- You must be able to work effectively with others.
- Eligible majors include Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Human Resources.

- This role is based in Regina, Saskatchewan.
- The term begins January 11, 2027, and lasts up to 12 months.
