About the role#
This internship is a 10-week summer position designed to build a pipeline for future leadership talent. You will work on projects that carry strategic and operating importance for the business. Interns who show strong performance and leadership potential may be considered for full-time opportunities or leadership development programs after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Perform routine laboratory support and equipment management.
- Execute assigned QC testing and complete cGMP documentation under supervision.
- Support SOP revisions and assist with data review.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, analytical chemistry, or a related science.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least one year of previous related internship or work experience.
- Proven leadership through student organizations, athletics, community service, or other roles.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.
- Strong learning agility, curiosity, and an innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Resilience and grit when facing challenges.
- Geographic mobility and flexibility for current and future career opportunities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027 (start dates available May 24 or June 14).
