About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship program designed to build your skills in technical sales, business, and leadership. You will gain exposure to our commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC equipment and building management controls. This role provides insight into a sales career and the opportunity to learn about our various business areas, including service, equipment, and building automation.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
- Learn the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for buildings.
- Attend sales meetings, business functions, and sales and service calls.
- Gain hands-on experience in the sales process from start to finish.
- Serve as a daily point-of-contact for customers to help solve their needs.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Environmental Engineering.
- Completion of at least your sophomore or 2nd year of studies.
- Legal right to work in Canada.
- A valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
- A clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
