About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Syracuse, New York. You will work on-site, gaining exposure to production, process improvement, and yield enhancement within our manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Participate in all stages of the production cycle.
- Execute qualification experiments and document results under the guidance of Process Engineers.
- Assist with data formatting, data sheet generation, and failure analysis.
- Apply statistical classification methods to identify and categorize process failures.
- Contribute to various engineering projects focused on products and processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Chemical Engineering.
- Practical experience with Chemical Engineering principles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency in documentation and technical procedure writing.
- Structured problem-solving abilities and experience with statistical data analysis.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and experience with Visual Basic or code writing.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to comply with export control policies, including ITAR and EAR regulations.
