About the role#
As an Ecosystem Engineer Co-op, you will help build and maintain the demo experiences that show how our platform works. You will work across teams to turn complex product features into clear, engaging stories for our customers. This role is a chance to build real-world skills while contributing to projects that help people understand our technology.
What you'll do#
- Create demo concepts and build AI-centric tools.
- Support the development and implementation of product demos.
- Set up and troubleshoot hardware, including sensors and network connections.
- Write documentation and step-by-step walkthroughs for demo environments.
- Produce video content that explains product capabilities.
- Coordinate tasks across projects while working with teams like Marketing, Sales, and Product.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered code development tools for debugging or generation.
- Comfort working with hardware, such as assembling stations and cabling.
- Ability to create technical content that communicates value clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Somerville, Massachusetts.
- We operate in a hybrid environment and require you to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
- This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling term.
