About the role#
As a Student Finance Representative, you will guide students through the financial aid process as they begin their education in skilled trades. You will help families understand their options and provide support throughout their time at the school.
What you'll do#
- Interview and advise students and families on financial aid programs.
- Walk applicants through FAFSA and aid applications.
- Review and award aid in compliance with federal, state, and school policies.
- Provide support to students in person, by phone, and online.
- Attend graduation ceremonies to celebrate student achievements.
What you'll need#
- Associate degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial aid, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work well with people.
