About the role#
The College to Corporate Business Leadership Internship is a full-time, paid summer program designed to build professional skills and leadership experience. You will work on projects that help improve business functions and support the firm's mission of serving investors. Upon completion, you may have the opportunity to apply for full-time roles, including Vanguard Specialty Programs.
What you'll do#
- Develop a broad understanding of the business and gain insights into your specific department.
- Identify business problems and recommend solutions to improve operations.
- Present a final business solution based on your project work.
- Practice stakeholder management, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
- Participate in regular coaching and mentorship meetings with program managers and buddies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program, with a preference for Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Accounting.
- A proven track record in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in formal or informal contexts.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.

- Locations: Malvern, PA; Scottsdale, AZ; or Charlotte, NC.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
