About the role#
Visual Property Management is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This is a paid, on-site position based in New York. You will work directly with the leasing team to manage tenant leads and support daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Source tenant leads and support lead operations.
- Gain experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
- Coordinate property tours and handle tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and asset management teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $8 per hour plus $100 per lease. Free housing is available if relocation is required.
