About the role#
As a Summer Leasing & Marketing Intern, you will join our Leasing Team to support tenant lead sourcing and operations. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making. This role involves collaborating across Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management departments.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sourcing tenant leads and supporting lead operations.
- Coordinate property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on leasing initiatives.
- Gain practical experience in market research and real estate strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to learn.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship at $17 per hour plus $150 per lease.
