About the role#
This is a paid summer internship based in Hermitage, Tennessee. You will join the Leasing Team to support tenant lead sourcing and general operations. The role offers exposure to market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sourcing tenant leads and managing lead operations.
- Coordinate property tours and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Work with cross functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management.
- Gain experience in leasing matters and real estate strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and manage your time effectively.

- Location: Hermitage, Tennessee.

- Compensation: $8 per hour plus $100 per lease. Free housing is available if relocation is required.
