About the role#
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager Intern to join our team in Savannah. You will support our project managers across the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial design and estimating to final closeout. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Help with contract reviews and execution.
- Set up project financials and operations in our software.
- Analyze project schedules and review submittals.
- Manage construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and requests for information.
- Assist with change management and estimating tasks.
- Coordinate material procurement.
- Handle project closeout, including the creation of maintenance and operation manuals.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in an associate degree program or higher in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing resources like budgets, schedules, and materials.
- Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and listening.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and an organized approach to tasks.

- Work modality: On-site.
- Physical requirements: You must be able to sit at a desk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
