About the role#
We are looking for students to join our team as a Civil Engineering Intern in Austin. You will work on project teams focused on site development and land projects. This role involves designing commercial and institutional developments of various scales. You will also participate in our in-house staff development program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project teams on civil and land development designs.
- Work on both large and small-scale commercial and institutional projects.
- Engage with our internal staff development program.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or completion of at least 40 college hours toward a BS in Civil Engineering, including 24 hours of engineering, physics, or math coursework.
- A written recommendation from a civil engineering professor.
- A strong technical background and clear communication skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Microstation is a plus.

- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
