About the role#
We are looking for engineering students to join our Secure Design practice. You will work on project teams for various architectural projects, such as commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings. You are eligible to take part in our in-house staff development program.
What you'll do#
- Join project teams for diverse architectural developments.
- Engage with our internal staff development program.
- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
What you'll need#
- A BS in Civil Engineering or at least 24 hours of coursework toward that degree.
- Acceptance into or plans to apply for a graduate program in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A sound technical background and interest in structural design challenges.
- An EIT certification is preferred.

- Location: Washington, Delaware.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with rolling start dates.
- Compensation: $25.30 to $35.20 per hour, based on coursework and progress toward a Master's degree.
