About the role#
Webasto Group is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Lexington, Kentucky.
What you'll do#
You will help design and develop manufacturing processes. Your work includes participating in problem-solving sessions and supporting the engineering team with project implementation. You will also conduct experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace, Chemical, Civil, Computer, or Biomedical Engineering. You should have a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with CAD software. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
