About the role#
Women's College Hospital is hiring a student for the SCOPE team for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Toronto. You will contribute to program deliverables and support the work of the Evaluation Committee.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the SCOPE team and partners to meet program goals.
- Manage data collection and entry tasks.
- Develop new processes to streamline data collection and evaluation.
- Assist in the creation of the SCOPE digital strategy.
- Support the Evaluation Committee in their ongoing work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for the Fall 2026 semester, ideally in Health Administration, Public Health, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Experience with statistical software, reporting, and analysis.
- Background in data management and evaluation.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication habits.
- A demonstrated interest in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in health care sciences.
- Familiarity with equity health frameworks and a willingness to engage with culturally diverse ways of knowing.
- A track record of punctuality and reliable attendance.
