About the role#
Write Edge is expanding in Indonesia and seeks an Operations & Student Experience Assistant to manage the student journey. You will act as the primary contact for parents and teachers, ensuring that classes run smoothly from the point of trial through to ongoing enrolment. This is a remote, part-time position suited for someone who manages tasks with ownership and initiative.
What you'll do#
- Follow up with parents after trial classes to provide feedback and guide them through enrolment.
- Manage parent communication regarding schedules, fees, attendance, and feedback.
- Support student onboarding and resolve concerns or complaints as they arise.
- Track renewals and identify students at risk of leaving to suggest solutions like class transfers or schedule changes.
- Coordinate with teachers to manage class information, attendance, and relief scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records for students, parents, and teachers using internal databases.
- Update trackers and prepare regular reports for the team.
- Suggest improvements to daily operations to enhance the parent experience.
What you'll need#
- At least 1 year of remote experience in operations, customer service, education, or administration.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for both written and verbal communication.
- Comfort using Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Classroom.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Experience in education or student services is an advantage.

- The position is part-time with a rolling term.
