About the role#
This 12-week summer program provides hands-on experience in the construction industry. You will apply your academic knowledge in real-world settings while rotating through multiple departments. This rotation gives you exposure to different functions and shows how teams work together to deliver projects on schedule and keep customers satisfied.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel or relocate for the summer.
- A strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability.
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn new skills in construction and project management.
- Ability to take detailed notes to capture instructions and insights.
