About the role#
Young Life is hiring Student Staff in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is a full-time, paid position that requires an on-site presence. We are looking for individuals who are currently pursuing a college degree in fields such as Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Sociology, or Philosophy.
What you'll do#
- Lead teams and individuals in their spiritual development.
- Conduct Young Life club and Campaigners discipleship ministry alongside a leadership team.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Participate in area leadership meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with office administration and general ministry support tasks.
What you'll need#
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith, as this role involves active ministry.
