About the role#
This is a paid, 11-week summer internship program designed for undergraduate students. You will gain experience across four key functional areas: Commercial, Operations, Research & Development, and Corporate Accounting. Throughout the program, you will work on assignments that impact our business and patients. We offer professional development, networking opportunities, and social events, including philanthropy and health wellness programs. High-performing interns may be considered for the Accounting & Finance Development Program, which offers rotational experiences to prepare you for future financial management roles.
What you'll do#
- Complete meaningful assignments within your assigned functional area.
- Develop functional and leadership traits through your daily work.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders across the organization.
- Participate in company culture through social and community events.
- Use analytical skills to support financial planning, reporting, and business strategy.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Your expected graduation date is between December 2027 and August 2028.
- You maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- You have demonstrated leadership experience in a school or student organization.
- You work well in team environments.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
