About the role#
This is a full-time Behavior Analysis Practicum for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited master's program. You will work on-site in a center-based setting to gain supervision hours while providing early intervention therapy. The role is designed to support your path toward becoming a BCBA.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader therapy team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
