About the role#
This internship provides experience in managing client relationships and supporting team operations. You will help the client success team maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure client needs are met. This is a part-time, paid position that offers remote work flexibility.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the team to build and carry out client success plans.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns as they arise.
- Prepare for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and facilitate client meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meeting artifacts.
- Research industry news, market trends, products, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve client services and internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Location & details#
- Work Modality: Remote.
- Terms: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027.
- Commitment: 20-25 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during breaks and summer.
- Eligibility: Applicants must have work authorization in the United States that does not require company sponsorship.
