    About the role#

    This position is part of the Alternance Travail-Études (ATE) program for the A220 commercial aircraft line. We are looking for electrical assemblers to join our team in Mirabel. This role is open to those with industrial or aerospace experience, as well as those new to the field who are motivated to learn.

    What you'll do#

    • Read, interpret, and analyze electrical and mechanical plans from assembly books.
    • Manufacture electrical harnesses based on drawings, diagrams, and procedures.
    • Route, crimp, install, and secure wires, cables, and equipment.
    • Test the continuity and conductivity of the final assembly.
    • Perform quality control on manufactured sub-assemblies and harnesses.
    • Ensure all work meets production standards and requirements.

    What you'll need#

    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • A collegial diploma (DEC) or professional diploma (DEP) is an asset.
    • Ability to work in confined spaces on a regular basis.
    • Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet.
    • Ability to maintain various physical positions as required by the work.
    • A sense of autonomy and initiative, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

    • Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: Full-time, rolling term.
