    About the role#

    Aldridge Electric is hiring a Project Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This on-site position supports the East Coast team with operational and administrative tasks related to project planning, execution, and closure. You will work in a professional construction environment and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Coordinate with the project team to support daily operations.
    • Promote safety on the jobsite and collaborate with the Safety Department to address issues.
    • Assist with the administration of the quality program, including pre-job planning and task tracking.
    • Manage tool procurement, order and track materials, and document project costs.
    • Interface with subcontractors and customers to ensure project needs are met.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a junior or senior in a college or university.
    • Majors in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
    • A genuine interest in the construction industry.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
