About the role#
Aldridge Electric is hiring a Project Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This on-site position supports the East Coast team with operational and administrative tasks related to project planning, execution, and closure. You will work in a professional construction environment and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with the project team to support daily operations.
- Promote safety on the jobsite and collaborate with the Safety Department to address issues.
- Assist with the administration of the quality program, including pre-job planning and task tracking.
- Manage tool procurement, order and track materials, and document project costs.
- Interface with subcontractors and customers to ensure project needs are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in a college or university.
- Majors in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- A genuine interest in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

- Compensation: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
