    About the role#

    This internship focuses on improving product management practices within the Choose & Book portfolio. You will work on backlog quality analysis, feature documentation, and portfolio reporting. Your goal is to deliver recommendations and tools that improve product planning, delivery transparency, and decision-making.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop product documentation, reporting, dashboards, and research deliverables to support Program Increment planning.
    • Analyze customer, market, and delivery information to present recommendations to product leadership.
    • Conduct customer and market research.
    • Maintain product planning artifacts and improve existing documentation.
    • Build an understanding of Agile product management while helping the team improve planning readiness and effectiveness.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment at an accredited educational institution.
    • Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies or sophomore status.
    • A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
    • Pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or Computer Science.

    • Location: Washington, DC.
    • Term: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $18.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on school year and program of study.
    • Additional Benefits: Amtrak rail pass privileges and one PTO day per academic year.
