    About the role#

    As an Analog Design Engineer Intern, you will work with senior engineers to design and develop analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. This position focuses on gaining hands-on experience through the design, simulation, and testing of real-world products. You will contribute to projects involving amplifiers, filters, and data converters while learning to navigate the full development lifecycle of a chip.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in the design and simulation of analog circuits.
    • Use SPICE tools to model circuit behavior and predict performance.
    • Help develop IC layouts to optimize performance and manufacturability.
    • Conduct lab tests and measurements using oscilloscopes and function generators.
    • Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot design issues.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • Basic understanding of analog circuits, specifically amplifiers and filters.
    • Familiarity with SPICE simulation tools.
    • Initial exposure to IC layout design and CMOS technology.
    • Basic knowledge of ADC design.
    • Previous coursework or projects related to analog circuit design.

    • Locations: Wilmington, Massachusetts or Durham, North Carolina.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • Employment: Full-time internship.
    • Compensation: Paid position with a wage range of $22 to $41 per hour.
    • Travel: Up to 10% travel required.
