About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for the 2026 term at Cleveland State University. You will work on-site to support daily dining operations and connect with the student community.
What you'll do#
- Assist in food service operations across campus dining facilities.
- Talk with students to promote available dining options.
- Support dining staff when the facilities are busy.
- Keep dining areas clean and organized.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
- Knowledge of how food service operations run.
- Flexibility to work varying hours.
- Enrollment in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Public Health, or Psychology.
