About the role#
Bank of China USA is hiring a Legal Office - FLU Risk Management Intern for the summer of 2026. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York. You will support the legal team by handling research, administrative tasks, and project coordination.
What you'll do#
- Conduct legal research and draft memos for senior team members.
- Manage daily logs, including invoice tracking and contract maintenance.
- Organize and track files for case documents and important transactions.
- Assist with bank-wide projects and general departmental administrative work.
- Support legal assessments for new and existing products.
- Help with vendor management processes across more than 10 departments.
What you'll need#
- A background in law.
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Political Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.
