About the role#
The Knowledge Program supports students pursuing healthcare degrees by providing tuition funding. Participants commit to joining Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange after graduation. The funding is forgiven as you reach specific tenure milestones. Generally, you will work one year for every $10,000 in funding received.
What you'll do#
- Assist in obtaining your healthcare degree through program funding.
- Join Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange upon graduation.
- Meet tenure milestones to qualify for loan forgiveness.
- Submit required documents including transcripts and letters of recommendation.
- Outline your career plans and use of funds in a one-page document.
What you'll need#
- Acceptance or active enrollment in a Nursing, Public Health, or Pharmaceutical Sciences degree program.
- A current GPA for all college coursework.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from a clinical instructor or employer.
- Good standing in performance and attendance if you are a current Baptist employee.
- Completion of a program survey sent via email after your initial application.

- This program is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
- The role is on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid opportunity for the Fall 2025 term.
- Students taking prerequisite classes are not yet eligible for this program.
