About the role#
The Student Food Service Associate supports daily operations within the Baylor Eats dining environment. You will help prepare and serve meals to students, faculty, staff, and guests. This role focuses on maintaining quality standards and providing helpful service across campus dining locations.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and distribute food and beverages.
- Follow approved recipes to ensure proper quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including equipment and utensils.
- Store food items according to safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
- Distribute supplies and portable equipment as needed.
- Provide customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student at Baylor University.
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Interest in food service operations.
- Majors including Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Sociology are welcome to apply.

- Compensation: $12.00 per hour.
