About the role#
The Student Human Resources Intern provides operational and administrative support to the Baylor Eats human resources team. You will gain practical experience in core HR functions while assisting with daily initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including using the Ignite hiring platform.
- Support onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Help manage employee records.
- Contribute to employee recognition initiatives.
- Provide general support for HR projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, ideally in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Experience in an administrative support role.
- Understanding of basic HR functions and processes.
- Familiarity with managing employee records.
Location & details#
- Work is on-site at LL Sams, 2000 S 1st St, Waco, Texas.
- This is a paid position.
- The schedule is 10 to 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Employment is on a rolling basis.
