About the role#
This position supports the daily operations of the Baylor University soccer program. You will work directly with staff to manage tasks necessary for a Division 1 team. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to handle various operational responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Handle operational tasks including practice preparation, team laundry, and delivery management.
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily office tasks.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of team events.
- Serve as a point of contact for guests and callers while providing customer service.
- Help maintain internal databases, records, and department websites.
- Create content and assist with special projects to support departmental goals.
- Analyze reports and suggest process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Communications.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to maintain punctual attendance.
- Ability to follow University policies and compliance processes.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Location & details#
- Location: Williams Soccer Facility, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: Minimum of 12 hours per week, with shifts between 2 PM and 7 PM and some weekend availability.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Compensation: $7.25 to $10 per hour.
