About the role#
The Yearbook Outreach and Engagement Representative leads efforts to promote yearbook sales. You will manage outreach from start to finish, ensuring the yearbook remains visible to students, families, and campus partners. This position is based in the Student Publications department.
What you'll do#
- Create and send email marketing campaigns regarding sales, deadlines, and special offers.
- Manage social media accounts to drive awareness and interest.
- Conduct direct outreach to students, parents, and campus groups.
- Track engagement trends and provide weekly updates to the yearbook team.
- Identify new opportunities to promote the yearbook across campus and online.
- Maintain professional communication standards.

Location & details#
- Location: Castellaw Communications, Room 226, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 16 hours per week.
- Term: Fall and Spring semesters.
- Compensation: $9 per hour plus a $1,500 performance-based scholarship per semester.
