About the role#
This is a paid internship based in Atlanta, Indiana, running from May through August 2027. You will learn about the organization while supporting various training and educational activities for employees and dealers. The role involves working with the Education Coordinator on a specific project and collaborating with other departments to support their initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Complete training in sales, agronomy, and new employee onboarding.
- Develop content for future training events and the We Are Beck’s social media platforms.
- Assist with the design and development of the company booth at the National FFA Convention.
- Prepare presentations, handouts, and materials for educational sessions.
- Help plan and facilitate the Education Department session at the Intern Professional Development Workshop.
- Manage catering needs and meeting site reservations.
- Organize computer files for the education drive.
- Represent the company at events and activities.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma and at least two years of completed college coursework.
- Current enrollment in an agriculture or education-related field.
- Previous work experience in education or a field that requires creative development and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and software.
- A positive attitude.
