About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will support the planning, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) initiatives. The role involves working independently to solve strategic problems, manage operational processes, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will apply the Risk Management Framework to protect the bank while executing your daily tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives and coordinate specific project activities.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
- Develop solutions and make recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Build change management plans and participate in activities such as readiness assessments and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate on the planning and sustainment of CRE processes and workflows.
- Communicate and reinforce principles, programs, and standards across the organization.
- Support the development of tailored messaging and administrative tasks for the CRE team.
- Identify operational areas for efficiencies and process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to Business Administration or Operations Management.
- A strong desire to learn and a motivated approach to work.
- In-depth verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise processes, systems, and organizational policies.
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment to solve problems.
