About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at audit processes, governance, and risk management within the railroad industry. You will work alongside our audit team on real-world projects to build your technical skills. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027 based in Fort Worth, Texas. Successful interns may be considered for full-time Management Trainee roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Conduct analysis and testing as part of audit engagements.
- Audit IT processes, including application development, infrastructure, telecommunications, and security.
- Develop detailed test procedures to address audit objectives and identify significant risks.
- Interpret and evaluate audit evidence to reach logical conclusions.
- Present your findings through both written reports and verbal presentations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a business-related discipline.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- Less than 3 years of professional work experience, excluding internships or part-time student roles.
- Must be at least eighteen years old upon hire.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Location: Fort Worth, Texas.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with the ability to work remotely one day per week.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Relocation: Required if you live more than 50 miles from the work location.
