About the role#
This summer internship offers students a chance to work within the Strategic Sourcing Department. You will gain experience in procurement and supply chain management by working alongside professionals on sourcing strategies, vendor management, and cost-saving projects. The role is full-time and based in Fort Worth, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Interact with internal customers and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery specifications.
- Perform corrective actions on issues related to supplier purchase orders or contract non-compliance.
- Support service and material buyers with ad hoc reporting and special project assistance.
- Maintain contract management in the execution of agreements.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar program.
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- Less than three years of professional work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Fort Worth, Texas.
- The role is hybrid, with the ability to work remotely one day per week.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- Relocation is required if you live more than 50 miles from the work location.
