About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience by supporting product service operations and collaborating with our dealer network. This role is designed for students to apply their academic knowledge to real-world projects alongside skilled professionals.
What you'll do#
- Disassemble products to revise Service Manuals or verify labor times.
- Analyze trends in product field performance.
- Operate machinery for audit and verification tasks.
- Process warranty return parts and assist with tear down analysis.
- Use statistical tools to predict machine warranty needs.
- Troubleshoot technical questions from dealers regarding machine repairs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ag System Technology, Ag Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy.
- High level of motivation and attention to detail.

- This position is based on-site in Bismarck, ND, West Fargo, ND, or Johnson Creek, WI.
- This is a part-time internship role.
